Testing the connection

Make sure to test the connection after you have completed the installation, or when you haven’t used your system for an extended period.

Trouble?
If the connection fails, go to the 'Troubleshooting' section for guidance.

To your watch and phone

1. On your Bridge

Press the top test button on the Bridge. The top LED lights up in blue to show that a signal is being transmitted. 

2. On your watch and phone

A message appears on your watch and mobile phone to confirm that the units are connected to your Bridge.

To your Visit system
(if applicable)

1. On your Bridge

Press the bottom test button on the Bridge. The bottom LED lights up in green to show that a signal is being transmitted.

2. On your Visit receiver

The yellow Visit LED on your receiver lights up and it starts to sound, flash or vibrate depending on the type of receiver.
