Magnetic Switch
If you want to be alerted when a door or window is opened, you need to connect it to the telephone transmitter using a BE9023 Magnetic Switch accessory.
Installation
- Mount the Magnetic Switch on the door or window frame. Make sure the distance between the magnets is no more than 1 cm when the door or window is closed.
- Connect the mono jack plug to the 3.5 mm external trigger input, located on the right side of the transmitter. When the magnets are separated, the transmitter signals your Visit receiver.
Default Signal Pattern
The default signal pattern for the Magnetic Switch accessory is as follows:
